Solution


To Verify if a configuration setting is causing duplicated Report Manager reports from being sent
  1. Open the "Report Manager reports console" and verify under "scheduled reports" that there is only 1 report for that Customer.
  2. Verify the "recipient of the reports" is only listed 1 time within the scheduling parameters of the report
  3. Open "SQL Management Studio" - Open "Config database" - Open "Tables" and right click on "Rptsubscriptions" and edit "top 200 rows". Do you see duplicate reports listed here?
  4. Right click on I.E and "run as admin". Open "https://localhost/reports" - Select "Mysubscriptions" in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  5. In Mysubscriptions do you see multiple of the same scheduled report? If there is you can delete the subscriptions from here and republish the scheduled report from Report Manager.
