Environment
- N-able N-central
- Report Manager all version
Solution
To Verify if a configuration setting is causing duplicated Report Manager reports from being sent
- Open the "Report Manager reports console" and verify under "scheduled reports" that there is only 1 report for that Customer.
- Verify the "recipient of the reports" is only listed 1 time within the scheduling parameters of the report
- Open "SQL Management Studio" - Open "Config database" - Open "Tables" and right click on "Rptsubscriptions" and edit "top 200 rows". Do you see duplicate reports listed here?
- Right click on I.E and "run as admin". Open "https://localhost/reports" - Select "Mysubscriptions" in the upper right hand corner of the page.
- In Mysubscriptions do you see multiple of the same scheduled report? If there is you can delete the subscriptions from here and republish the scheduled report from Report Manager.
