RM - Unable to connect to the remote server when testing connectivity

Description

When testing the connectivity in N-able N-central Configuration in RM Admin console, you are getting this result:

Test Connectivity Results:
?ncentral.ncentral.com - ods_ncentral_ds1: Unable to connect to the remote server

ncentral.ncentral.com = N-able N-central address

ods_ncentral_ds1 = ODS Database

Even if you get that error, Export and ETL is still getting processed.

Solution

This is because port 80 is closed when connecting from RM to N-able N-central server.

Open port 80 from RM to N-able N-central.
