Power Management button is disabled

Description
- This article addresses the issue where the Power Management button on your devices is disabled or greyed-out.
Environment
- N-able N-central 10 and later
Solution
- Verify that the device has a Professionallicense.
- Click on the affected device.
- Click Settings > Properties.
- Select Enable Direct Support.
- Click Save.
