Description
- Patch Status is failed - Old Driver patches still showing as needed, even though Windows Update in Control Panel is not showing these drivers.

Environment
- N-able N-central 11 or later
Solution
- These needed drivers often appear when a third party driver has been installed, or a newer version of a driver was installed. The Windows Update API call is returned to N-able N-central showing the patch is needed. Further, the patch may not correctly include a Patch Product value, which is a problem with the metadata from Microsoft.
- Decline the patch manually or via AutoApproval.
- Contact support for further options if you are unable to do this (due to very old patch and/or missing Patch Product value).
