• Patch Status misconfigured with following - 201 Time out has expired and the operation has not been completed. Please see KBA #10018 in the N-able N-central online documentation.

Solution

This issue should resolve itself during next Patch Detection Maintenance window

Ensure the following is set

1. Patch Detection Maintenance window is not set for once a week or month and if so add new one time to trigger ASAP
2. Start the Windows Update Service
