(PSA Integration -ConnectWise Manage ) Customer not showing from Mapped Customers list

Description

  • When mapping customers from ConnectWise Manage in PSA Integration, the customer is not showing even if it is existing in ConnectWise Manage

Environment

  • N-able N-central

Solution

At the SO Level or Customer Level perform the following tasks.

  1. From Administration > PSA Integration > Customer Mapping, click the Filter drop-down button
  2. Select the status of the company if you know it or the partner provided, otherwise, select all the statuses if your not sure of the status of the company fromConnectWise Manage
  3. Try to search for the company to map it
  4. Click Save
