Notification acknowledged icon information

Description

• In the Active Issues view > Notification column there may be a bell icon that represent the service to be acknowledge.

• N-able N-central

Solution

• The acknowledge icon appears in the following situations:

• There is a delay on the notification that has not yet be reached.
• There is a repeat configured on the notification
• There is another escalation level that has not been reached yet(basically the same as 1)

For example, if you have a 0min delay notification, with no repeat or other escalation levels, and the notification has sent, there is nothing to acknowledge as it has already happened. The icon is used to stop further things from happening in the notification, if they are configured as such. If there is nothing further to happen, there is nothing to acknowledge.
