• Error message received by N-able N-central :
  • The system limit of allowable customers/sites has been reached. An existing customer/site must be deleted before a new customer/site can be added.

Environment

• N-able N-central 

Solution

• There can be multiple reasons for this particular Error message:

1. At the wrong level,
   • Please verify that when creating a new Customer/Site that you're at the SO/Customer level and not System level (logged in with Product Admin account),
   • If creating a new SO and seeing this error, please contact your Sales team to increase the number of available Service Organizations for your server.
2. License/Provisioning error on the On-Premises/Hosted N-able N-central Server,
   • Create a Support ticket to address this.
