N-able N-central Service Physical Drive (HP) is misconfigured

Description
- This article describes the issue when N-able N-central service physical drive (HP) gets misconfigured due to the OIDs and the service requirements are missing.
Environment
- N-able N-central
Solution
- Physical Drive (HP) requires an OID that starts with .1.3.6.1.4.1.232.3.2.5.1.1.6.
- You can use a third-party tool to confirm that your host has this OID.
- For example, you can check your host if this has OID by performing the steps below:
- Using MibBrowser, go to Edit > Settings > Select the SNMP Version.
- Click Ok.
- Go to Host: localhost > Community: public > Object ID: .1.
- Click GET SNMP Variable.
- Choose File and then Save Results As. Don't forget the period (.) before the OID.
- If your host does not have this OID, check support.hp.com for SNMP software for your device, e.g. ProLiant Support Pack or a Storage Driver for your RAID Controller.
- Physical Drive (HP) Service
