Description

• This article describes where to find the logs on an Android based device if you encounter a problem with the N-able N-central Mobile app (not to be confused with Mobile Device Management/MDM)
• Capturing these logs when raising a support case can help expedite resolution.

Environment

• N-able N-central

Solution

• The default location is as follows:
  • {Internal Device Storage} > N-able N-central > Logs
• Note that the root directory and full path may be slightly different based on the individual phone, but the app should have an N-able N-central folder and Logs sub-folder after a successful installation.
