This article lists N-able N-central MAC Agent Exclusions for third-party AV products.

Environment

• N-able N-central

Solution

Add the following MAC Agent Exclusions to your third-party AV products:

macOS, Agent Version 12.1 and above:

• /var/log/N-able/N-agent/

• /Applications/Mac_agent.app/Contents/Daemon/etc/

macOS, Agent Version 10.1 to 12.1:

• /var/log/N-able/N-agent/

• /Applications/N-agent.app/Contents/Daemon/etc/

macOS, Agent Version 10.0 SP1 to 10.1:

• /var/log/N-able/N-agent/

• /Applications/N-agent/etc/

Version numbering is 1:1 between the N-central server and Agent/Probe version.
