N-able N-central Custom Service has No Data

Description
- A Custom Service status will show as No Data if the returned data type of a metric does not match the configured data type of the metric.
- If an OID returns an ok value but the configured data type of the metric is Boolean instead of String, the Custom Service status will show as No Data.
Environment
- N-able N-central
Solution
The returned data type does not match configured data type.
Go to ServiceOrganization> Administration> Service Management> Custom Services > CustomService > Data and Thresholds > Add Metric > Metric: Metric > Select correct Data Type > Save > Delete to add a metric with the correct data type and then delete the metric with the incorrect data type.
