Solution

  1. Terminate all BackupFP processes
  2. Restart Backup Service Controller
    1. Press Windows + R to open Run command
    2. Enter services.msc
    3. Right-click Backup Service Controller and Restart
  3. Once Backup Manager is loaded again repeat ClientTool command
