Environment
- N-able N-central version 9.5 or later
Solution
- This is caused by multiple ServiceBoards using a single email address in ConnectWise Manage .
- First thing to do if you encounter this issue is to log in to ConnectWise Manage and check the email address assigned to each ServiceBoard.
