Solution
Supported Mobile Device Operating Systems
N-able N-central Mobile Device Management supports the following:

MDM Port Requirements
N-central requires the following TCP ports to be open (outbound) in order to send push notifications:

- 2195
- 2196
Access to ports 2195 and 2196 must be granted to gateway.push-apple.com.akadns.net
The network to which mobile devices are connected must have the following ports open in order to receive push notifications:
- 443 (TCP)
- 5222 (TCP)
- 5223 (TCP)
- 5228 (TCP and UDP)
SSL Certificate
The N-able N-central server must have a valid SSL certificate issued by a valid CA (Certification Authority).
Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) Certificate
In order for the N-able N-central Mobile Device Management capability to work effectively with iOS devices, you will need to generate an Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) certificate that is unique to your N-able N-central installation. N-able N-central does not provide this certificate but provides a wizard to help you obtain one from Apple Inc.
APNS certificates are not required to manage Android devices.
Note: SMS registration is optional and is not required to manage mobile devices with N-central.
