Description

• As of October 1st 2016, we will no longer support these Windows versions for current, past, and future versions of N-able N-central.

Environment

• All supported versions of N-able N-central
• Microsoft Windows XP
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003

Solution

As per the N-able N-central 10.2 HF1 Release Notes, Windows XP and Server 2003 will no longer be supported operating systems starting with N-able N-central 11.

ALSO

As of October 1st 2016, we will no longer support these Windows versions for current, past, and future versions of N-able N-central . Troubleshooting issues on Windows XP and Server 2003 will be done at best effort only.

MSP N-able will no longer test new features and functionality may or may not work.
