Description
This article provides steps to manually update the Warranty Expiration Date of a device.
Environment
- N-able N-central
Solution
1. Click the 'Device' in the Customer Level.
2. Click the 'Asset' tab.
3. Scroll to the right and click the 'Configuration' tab.
4. Enter the information for Purchase Date and Warranty Expiry Date and other optional information.
5. Click 'Save'.
