Mananged Object Browser is disabled by default in vSphere 6.0

Description
- Due to some changes with the MOB links in ESXi (vSphere) version 6.0, the links do not work by default and produce the following error:
503 Service Unavailable (Failed to connect to endpoint: [N7Vmacore4Http20NamedPipeServiceSpecE:0x6677aed0] _serverNamespace = /mob _isRedirect = false _pipeName =/var/run/vmware/proxy-mob)
Environment
- N-able N-central 11 or later
- vSphere version 6.0
Solution
- You can get around this by enabling the setting, and testing what you need. There is no restart of services needed, just check the option and the links should work right away.
