Take Control on legacy devices on old firewall settings get blocked

Description

Moving devices from old Proxy firewall and Take Control doesn't connect

Environment

• N-able N-central 11.0 SP1 or above
• Take Control

Solution

From Single device:

(Device Name) -> Settings -> Properties -> Uncheck "Install Take Control"

For Bulk edit to full customer site:

Administration -> Defaults -> Remote Control Defaults -> (Select Device class) -> "Install Take Control"
