Description

• The Send Control+Alt+Delete option in Take Control fails to bypass the Secure Authentication prompt on a remote device
• Logs in C:\ProgramData\GetSupportService_N-central\BASupSrvc_YYYYMMDD.log reveal

Solution

• Review Group Policy settings under Windows Components \ Windows Logon Options, and allow Software Secure Attention Sequence
