N-central Troubleshooting
N-able Backup (N-able N-central) produces many Product Status Failed messages

Description
- Receiving a lot of product status failed and returned to normal alerts on review
Environment
- Cove Data Protection
- N-able N-central
Solution
- Log into N-able N-central and navigate to device in question.
- Go to Settings > Maintenance Window
- Click Add and add Scheduled Maintenance.
- Set the following for the maintenance window:
- Features > Custom
- Select N-able Backup Install and Reboot
- Scheduled Configuration
- Action will be taken on the device = Immediately when required or Only during the scheduled window when required
- Click Save
- Await for the upgrade to complete based on schedule made
