N-able Backup Dashboard show no information

Description

  • The N-able Backup Dashboard under device details within N-able N-central shows no information
  • Backups are working as intended and N-able Backup is installed

Environment

  • Cove Data Protection
  • N-able N-central

Solution

  • A quick uninstall and reinstall of the N-able Backup Client will push the information correctly to Device Detail's N-able Backup Dashbaord
  • Note: This will not cause any lost of data backed up by reinstalling the software
  1. Select Views > All Devices
  2. Select name of device
  3. Select Settings > Backup Management
  4. Uncheck Enable N-able Backup
  5. Select Save and await for it to uninstall of N-able Backup
  6. Select Views > All Devices
  7. Select name of device
  8. Select Settings > Backup Management
  9. Check Enable N-able Backup
  10. Select Save
