License Usage Report is showing licenses available but when applying them Device Save Error shows: "You have reached your device license limit", user's Access Group does not include all Customers

Description

• Generating a License Usage Report at SO level is showing licenses available but when applying them Device Save Error shows: "You have reached your device license limit"
• The User's assigned Access Group is restrictive and does not allow them to see all Customers

Environment

• N-able N-central

Solution

• When generating a License Usage Report the values listed are from the level the user is on, as well as their assigned Access Group
• If the user does not have full permissions to view all customers, even from SO level, then the report will only show values relative to the devices the user is allowed to view
• To see a true report, please generate the License Usage Report with a user that has full access to view all customers
