Java error on Remote Control after upgrade

Description
- Error received when using Remote Control after N-able N-central Upgrade.
- Error message: "jar resources in jnlp file are not signed by the same certificate." or "Application Error: Unable to run application"
Environment
- N-able N-central
- Windows OS
- macIOS
Solution
To clear your Java cache in Windows:
- Open 'Control Panel'.
- In the Search filed type 'Java' and press 'enter'.
- 'Click' to open the Java application.
- Under the 'General' tab click the 'Settings' button under Temporary Internet Files section.
- Click 'Delete Files'.
- Select all 3 selection boxes and click 'OK'.
- Click 'OK' on Temporary Files Settings window.
- Click 'OK' to close the Java Control Panel.

- Click the 'Apple' menu in the main toolbar
- Click 'System Preferences'.
- Double click 'Java'.
- Under the 'General' tab click the 'Settings' button under Temporary Internet Files section.
- Click 'Delete Files'.
- Select all 3 selection boxes and click 'OK'.
- Click 'OK' on Temporary Files Settings window.
- Click 'OK' to close the Java Control Panel.
