Integrating with TigerPaw

This article provides steps on how to integrate with TigerPaw

To configure PSA integration with Tigerpaw:
1. Click Setup > PSA Integration.

2. Click Add.

3. From the Integration Type list, select Tigerpaw.
4. Specify a descriptive Name.
5. Specify the credentials that will be required when Tigerpaw is configured.
a. Specify a User Name.
Note: This User Name is only used for connections between Tigerpaw and N-able N-central .
b. Specify a password.
c. Confirm the password by retyping it.
6. Click OK.
The new instance settings are saved and the PSA Integration screen appears.
