• How to tell if your current installed N-able N-central version is compatible with the latest release

Environment

• N-able N-central

Solution

• This can be done by doing the following:
  1. Open the Software Downloads page in N-ableMe.
     Note that you need to be logged in first.
  2. Select which version you wish to upgrade to.
  3. Locate the Supported Upgrade Paths heading.
  4. If you see your current version in the list, then it is compatible with the upgrade version you wish to use
