How to set up N-able N-central - N-able MSP Manager integration accounts

Description
- In order for N-able N-central and N-able MSP Manager to communicate there are two (2) integration accounts
Environment
- N-able N-central
- N-able MSP Manager
Solution
- In N-able MSP Manager under the Gear -> Account Settings -> Integration -> N-able N-central > there are two (2) sections for user accounts Both are in the form of email addresses?
- The top one (3 below) should be uniquely created here and should NOT be an existing N-able MSP Manager user. Duplicate the username and password created here into N-able N-central under Administration > PSA Integration account. It must not be an account anywhere else in either N-able N-central or N-able MSP Manager.
- We also recommend that this not be an actual email address that is in use anywhere except on these two pages.
- This account is used for the communication back and forth between N-able N-central and N-able MSP Manager for exporting device and ticket information.
- The bottom one (4 below) is NOT necessary unless you wish to import customer name from N-able N-central into MSPM as a one-time operation using the IMPORT CUSTOMERS FROM N-able N-central button. The account you enter on this MSPM Configuration page should be a valid SO Admin account or Product Admin account from N-able N-central . It is only used for N-able MSP Manager to pull the list of your customers from N-able N-central .
