How to reset the Reports Administrator password in Report Manager

Description

  • The Report Manager Administrative and Report interfaces only have one user account that has access.

By default is reportsadmin@n-able.com.
This article guides you through resetting the password used on Report Manager.

Environment

  • N-able N-central
  • Report Manager - All versions

Solution

  1. Log on to the server where Report Manager is installed.
  2. Click Start > All Programs > N-able Technologies > Report Manager > Access Recovery, or search for the Access Recovery program in the Start Menu.
  3. When the Access Recovery program appears, you can reset the password at the top menu in the Report Manager Administrative User Password Resetsection in the red highlighted field below:
