How to reset the Reports Administrator password in Report Manager

Description
- The Report Manager Administrative and Report interfaces only have one user account that has access.
By default is reportsadmin@n-able.com.
This article guides you through resetting the password used on Report Manager.
Environment
- N-able N-central
- Report Manager - All versions
Solution
- Log on to the server where Report Manager is installed.
- Click Start > All Programs > N-able Technologies > Report Manager > Access Recovery, or search for the Access Recovery program in the Start Menu.
- When the Access Recovery program appears, you can reset the password at the top menu in the Report Manager Administrative User Password Resetsection in the red highlighted field below:
- Click 'Apply' and password will be reset
