How to force Devices to show IP address in the Network Address Column?

Description

• How to show device IP Addresses in the Network Address Column of the N-able N-central user interface.

Environment

• N-able N-central

Solution

1. In the SO Level, in left-hand navigation pane under Views, click All Devices
2. Select all the devices by putting a check mark next to Customer.
3. Click Edit button at the top.
4. Under Device Settings, click the Network Address drop-down.
5. Select IP Address.
6. Click Save .
