  • This document will show how to fix the url that has been sent by N-able N-central for password reset via email

Environment

  • N-able N-central

Solution

  1. Log in to your N-able N-central UI using productadmin account.
  2. Select Administration > Defaults > Agent & Probe Settings
  3. For Server Address, update/move correct link to the top of the list
  4. Check the Propagate checkbox
  5. Select Save
