Solution

Repository items can live at any level, from the System Level down to a Customer or Site. Knowing where the AMP lives will be required to delete, but this can be discovered by starting a the bottom level (Customer or Site) and working upward as follows:
  1. Select the SO/Customer/Site in question, or the System Level if appropriate
  2. Go to Configuration > Scheduled Tasks > Script/Software Repository
  3. Select the AMP file then Delete
  4. Confirm the deletion.
NOTE: If the AMP is/was tied to a scheduled task profile, it will need to be disassociated or the profile will need to be deleted, and then a maintenance window will need to pass (overnight between 3 and 5 AM server time) before it can be deleted from the repository.
