How to change the scan interval for services globally

Description

  • Change or update the agent status scan interval.

Environment

  • N-able N-central

Solution

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click AdministrationService ManagementDefault Scan Intervals.
  2. Scroll down to your desired service (for example: Agent Status)
  3. Adjust the intervals as necessary.
  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
