Description

This article describes how to configure a user account so that it does not require Multi-factor Authentication when logging in to N-able N-central .

Environment

  • N-able N-central 2020.1

Solution

Step 1: Navigate to the level in N-able N-central where the user account was created (SO/Customer/Site).
Step 2: Navigate to Administration > User Management > Users.
Step 3: In the Login Name column, click the name of the user for whom you want to disable Multi-factor Authentication.
Step 4: On the User Details tab select the User Information tab.
Step 5: In the Access section select the MFA Not Required: check box.
Step 6: Click Save.
