How to Restart N-able N-central services

Description

  • This article describes how to restart the services of the N-able N-central server if you need to or when required.

Environment

  • N-able N-central

Solution

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click System Settings > N-central Server.
  2. Click Restart Processes.
  3. From the top menu, click Restart Services.
  4. Click Restart.
  • All users will be logged out.
  • The restart will take down services for some time.
  • If the server is not available after 15 minutes, please create an Emergency case for priority contact with Support.
