- How to Change the Product Admin Account Password
Environment
- N-able N-central
Solution
- Option 1: Log into your N-able N-centralServer
- Select the Person Icon in the top right
- Type a new password
- Select save
- Option 2: If you forgot your password, go to your N-able N-centralserver URL
- At the sign in page select Did you forget your password?
- Click on the link provided in the e-mail received to proceed with the reset
