How to Change Session Timeout and Refresh Rate

Description

This article describes how to change the session timeout settings in N-able N-central . This is useful when monitoring alerts via N-able N-central,'s Web UI.

Note: The changes will only apply to the account you are currently logged in to in N-able N-central,.

Environment

• N-able N-central version 10.0 or higher

Solution

1. Go to 'Administration' > 'Defaults' > 'User Defaults'.
2. Change the Session Timeout to your desired value.
3. Check Propagate.
4. Click 'Save'.
5. Log out and then back in for changes to take effect.
