Solution

The software was replaced with two packages, System Management Assistant and the Agentless Management Service.
This works in combination with the servers iLo card for hardware monitoring.
Configuration for this can be found in HPs support documentation (starts on Page 272)

Once this is setup, run a discovery job against the Windows device and the stock service template should function properly.

Note: Monitoring the iLo directly is not recommended at this time. Depending on the configuration of SNMP, you could end up merging asset data with the windows device due to a match on the MAC address.
