Getting notification during device maintenance window

Description

• Device triggered notification during a maintenance window when "Place device in downtime during reboot" was set

Environment

• N-able N-central 10.2.x+

Solution

The "Place device in downtime during reboot" is like a temporary "Unscheduled Downtime" for a device. Meaning that when an agent status goes failed, it will go disconnected instead.

This does not stop other services going failed or warning during the time the agent status is not failed. For this you would need to create an actually downtime window, so all services go into a downtime state.
