When generating a report in Report Manager the following error occurs 'rsItemNotFound'

Description
- When generating a report in Report Manager the following error occurs 'rsItemNotFound'
- When running a report you may receive the following error (rsItemNotFound)
- For example:
- The item '/Reports/Executive Summary Report' cannot be found. (rsItemNotFound)
Environment
- N-able N-central
- Report Manager
Solution
- Either the report hasn't published correctly or there's a permissions issue when attempting to generate the report
- To resolve, please do the following:
- Open Internet Explorer as administrator
- Browse to localhost/reports
- Select the Reports folder
- Locate the report you are receiving the error on.
- If the report does not exist, then please uninstall and reinstall Report Manager to allow the report to publish properly
- If the report does exist under localhost/reports
- Open the Report Manager administration console
- Go to System Setup and Logs > Advanced Settings
- Change the Settings.ReportServerURL to 'localhost'
- Select Update
- Select Push Settings to All Datasources
- Attempt running the report again
