Firewall Traffic on ports 1234 1235

Description

• We are seeing a lot of traffic over ports 1234 and 1235

Environment

• N-able N-central
• MSPC

Solution

• Ports 1234 and 1235 are used by Take Control (Take Control) . Periodically the software performs connectivity tests to check what connectivity options are available to it (UDP, TCP and HTTP) on those ports
• Blocking said ports may result for Take Control (Take Control) to have latency or connection issues.
