Filter for offline devices

Description

This article explains how to filter offline devices in N-able N-central .

Environment

• N-able N-central 9.5 and higher

Solution

1. Go to Configuration > Filter > Add.
   
2. Create the filter with the following categories:
   1. MONITORING - N-able N-central SERVICE IN STATUS - AGENT STATUS - EQUAL TO - FAILED.

NOTE: This displays every device where the agent has been offline for X minutes and is now in a failed state. You can also add a line that includes the Warning Status depending on your thresholds and how real time you want this to be.

To see all offline devices, add an additional category labeled as Disconnected. If you have Unscheduled Downtime enabled on any devices, all services will transition to a disconnected state when the agent is off.
