Description

• Feature Update 1709 is approved, but not installing during a patch window.

Environment

• N-able N-central
• Patch Management

Solution

• Feature Updates (Upgrades) are an upgrade of the OS.
• Even if the patch is approved for install it is still dependent on Microsoft Update detecting the patch by Windows.
• Device must still make the patch available through normal detection scans.
• It's also worth noting that if this update is installed it will not follow the reboot maintenance window you have on the device
  • This is out of the control of N-able N-central and cannot be fixed.
