Failed Remote Desktop connectivity test

Description
- Failed Remote Desktop connectivity test. This could be because Remote Desktop has been disabled or misconfigured.
Environment
- N-able N-central 10 and above
- N-able RMM
Solution
- Restart RDP services.
- Check the Advanced System Settings in windows -> Remote tab, make sure the option for Remote Desktop is enabled.
- Check if device firewall is blocking RDP connection (TCP port 3389 and UDP port 3389)
