Error on First Login After Installing N-able N-central on Microsoft Azure

Description

  • Due to the customized image for Microsoftr Azure, the server must be activated by N-able before you can log in for the first time. You will receive the following error on login:

The system is unable to process your request.
Please try again and if the issue persists contact N-able Product Support Group at http://www.n-able.com/support.

Environment

  • N-able N-central 10.0 SP1 and up
  • Microsoftr Azure

Solution

  • This error is caused by the creation process for the Microsoftr Azure .vhd image.
  1. Open a case with N-able Support to have your server activated. After activation, the error will go away and you can successfully log in.
