This article provides information on what email address is being used by ConnectWise Manage ticketing recipient/s.
Environment
N-able N-central 9.5 or later
Solution
The email address used by ConnectWise Manage ticketing recipient/s is based on the Service Board that you are using in the ConnectWise Manage PSA Intergation under Ticketing configuration.
The email address may differ from each Service Board.
You can verify or change this by logging into ConnectWise Manage and go to your ServiceBoard and change the email address as required.
