Description
- This article describes what to do when Domain User Management does not display any domains.
Environment
- N-able N-central
Solution
- Steps to complete to ensure proper configuration has been met in order to monitor a domain controller
- Check the customer site and verify that the domain controller is available and listed in the All Devices view.
- Confirm the agent version is version 10.0 or higher. If not, proceed to step 3. To check the agent version
- Click on the devices 'Settings tab'
- Click on The sub tab listed as 'Local Agent'
- Click on the devices 'Settings tab'
- Click on The sub tab listed as 'Local Agent'
- Select the 'Now' Option in this selection box' Update New Version:'
- Clicking on the 'Add Task' button and then by clicking 'Update Asset Info'
