DirectSupport Tools are not available on my Professional device

Description
- You've set up a device in N-able N-central and given it a Professional License, however, the option to use the Direct Support Tools is not available.

- N-able N-central
Solution
You're unable to use the DirectSupport Tools because the option to enable them is not enabled. You can enable the DirectSuppot tools by using the following method:1. Open the device in N-able N-central
2. Select the Settings option under the white band
3. Select the Properties option under the blue band
4. Check off the Enable Direct Support: option
5. Click Save
