Description

This article provides information about devices targeted by filter do not match devices targeted by rule associated to that filter, as results between rule and filter for some reason don't match.

Environment

• All versions of N-able N-central

Solution

Rule must have all permissions granted under Under Grant Customer & Sites Access tab. You need to include all sites and make sure you propagate results as well.

Note: If rule has all access to all sites as per above and results for some reason still do not match, collect all necessary information and raise the case with N-able N-central Support team.
