Description
- This article describes how to delete temporary files in the script/software repository.
Environment
- N-able N-central version 9.5 and later
Solution
- When deleting temporary scripts from the repository, you need to delete all jobs that are using the temporary script. After that, N-Able prunes out temporary scripts no longer in use.
- You need to find the tasks (scripting or self healing) where the temporary scripts were created and delete them (or in the case of self healing, change the script to something else before disabling the self-healing task), and the nightly cleanup process will remove the temporary scripts from the repository the next time it runs as long as there is no longer anything referencing them.
