• This articles describes how to delete a customer from N-able N-central.

Environment

• N-able N-central

Solution

1. Go to the Service Organization (SO) Level.
2. Select Administration > Customers.
3. Select the desired Customer.
4. Select Delete.
5. This will delete all devices within the customer and the agents will self uninstall when they can no longer check in with N-able N-central.
